Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays are processed the next business day.

Free shipping Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches €75 or more (before discounts and taxes).
Shipping carriers We ship via standard postal and courier services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Watts in a Box is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
EU customs & duties All orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-paid (DDP). No additional customs charges will apply to EU destinations.
Undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
