FAQ - damage

Although what happens with our box during the shipping is not in our hands, we do not want our customers to bear any of those potential incidents! 

We make a distinction between 2 types of damages: 

  • Damage on the socks: in the case there is a damage to the socks caused by the delivery, we ask you to get in touch with us. We will make sure that you get your socks in the perfect conditions. 
  • Damage on packaging (but not on the socks): in the case that the socks are not damaged, there will be no action from our side. We acknowledge that there will be damages on the boxes which are out of our control; this is something we regret.
